I work collaboratively with founders, product owners, and software engineering to plan new products using agile methods. Often I perform user research to better understand users' needs.
Rapid UX auditing results
For existing products, I analyze whether the user experience is performing to optimize the business case. I clearly identify the issues and offer actionable solutions and enhancements.
Expert wireframes and UX specs
One of my core strengths is wireframing to help define data modeling requirements, user task flow and interaction of the user experience against the constraints of the specific UI framework.
On-site and remote testing
Based on product needs, I create testing protocols and test plans, and I conduct usability tests both on-site and using remote testing tools. Results are delivered in actionable reports and followup review.
Web and mobile prototypes
To demonstrate the interactivity of a user experience, I build working prototypes using front-end programming languages and tools.
Participatory UX workshops
I deliver custom workshops on user experience best practices targeted at specific audiences (e.g. designers, developers) and domains (e.g. financial services or telecommunications)
